Tournament operator BLAST has revealed a list of partners for its upcoming Twitch VALORANT Invitational – the next edition of the game’s Ignition Series set of third-party tournaments. As the name suggests, Twitch has signed on as the event’s title partner. Gillette will serve as the sponsor for the tournament’s MVP award, while Alienware has come aboard as the official replay partner.
Until recently, BLAST was exclusively a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament organizer. The company recently expanded into Dota 2, and has now added a third game to its portfolio in VALORANT.
The Invitational will feature four top European teams – G2 Esports, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Team Liquid, and FunPlus Phoenix and a €50K ($59.42K USD) prize pool. The event will run from Sept. 11-13.
