Russian organization Cyber Legacy announced a major roster shakeup, keeping only Zaur “Cooman” Shakhmurzaev in their ranks while dropping the rest of the roster, including coach Arseny “ArsZeeqq” Usov.
Cyber Legacy cited unsatisfactory results in the recent tournaments for their decision. Most recently, the team finished bottom four at ESL One Germany after getting eliminated in the group stage. The result was definitely a big downfall from the top three finish in September at OMEGA League Divine Division. However, despite the result, Cyber Legacy were one of 14 teams invited to the $500,000 EPIC League closed qualifiers, but soon after the teams were announced, CL decided to withdraw from the competition.
“After the unsatisfactory results at ESL One Germany, we realized that there was a lot to change in the Dota 2 roster. We would like to thank the guys for the time spent together. We wish all the guys good luck and success in the future. Zaur “Cooman” Shakhmurzaev remains in the current Cyber Legacy roster. We have a lot of work to do. We will definitely keep you updated,“ Cyber Legacy posted on their official vk.com page.
Semyon “CeMaTheSlayeR” Krivulya, Danil “Bignum” Shekhovtsov, Idan “Magical” Vardanyan, Evgeny “Blizzy” Ri, and coach Arseny “ArsZeeqq” Usov have been removed from the roster and are now free agents in the ever changing CIS competitive scene. For the time being, Cyber Legacy moves into an inactive status, until they rebuild the team.
