English football club Manchester City has named gaming chair manufacturer GTRACING as the official gaming chair partner for its esports division.
The partnership will see GTRACING collaborate with Manchester City’s esports players on various content and fan engagement activations. Additionally, the GTRACING brand will be featured across the esports division’s digital assets.

According to the release, the parties also plan to release a line of co-branded gaming chairs.
Gavin Johnson, City Football Group’s Media Director, spoke on the announcement: “We’re delighted to welcome GTRACING as a partner of Manchester City Esports today.
“As a club, we are dedicated to providing authentic esports experiences for our fans and I am pleased that GTRACING will be joining us on this journey as we continue to find new ways to engage with our fans within this space.”
Founded in 2011, GTRACING specialises in producing ergonomically designed gaming chairs. In line with the company’s design concept ‘BE COOL BE FREE’, its chairs are equipped with Bluetooth speakers to ‘meet the needs of users for immersive gaming’.
