Week 5 of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines’ (MPL-PH) sixth season is behind us. The final day saw ONIC right their ship after a losing streak, Aura PH take down Cignal Ultra despite an interesting & failed gameplan, and Blu Fire continued their losing streak through their match with Omega.
ONIC PH had lost their two previous matches but wouldn’t let it become a three peat as the team managed to sweep Nexplay Solid in their cross-group matchup.
Aura were the heavy favorites against Cignal Ultra despite their less than stellar Diggie strategy. Aura managed to take the series in three and maintain their heft lead in Group A.
The tale of Blu Fire becomes more tragic by the day as the team loses yet another match, falling to 0-9 on the season. Omega prove too strong for their opponents, sweeping them 2-0 with relatively ease.
