While exploring the world of Halo Infinite, you’ll come across Propaganda Towers. These are structures used by Grunts to communicate messages that are usually mean and disrespectful to Master Chief and the rest of the Spartans. You can't let this happen, so it's time to destroy them.
Destroying a Propaganda Tower will earn you 10 points of Valor. These towers won’t be marked on your map unless you go near them while using a vehicle or just walking. However, you’ll start hearing the transmission as soon as you are some meters close to the device.
There is a total of 40 Propaganda Towers sprawled in every region of Zeta Halo. You can find them in any order you want, although it’s recommended to search them as you unlock a new area or after you finish the game. Follow this guide to learn the location of each Propaganda Tower.
First Region, Recovery Main Mission Area
This is the first actual region that you’ll explore while continuing the story missions. It’s located on the center-west side of the Zeta Halo, and it has 5 Propaganda Towers waiting for you.
The first one can be spotted in the east of FOB Foxtrot, one of the first bases that you might capture. Also, you can use Ransom Keep as an additional point of location and go north from there, following the yellow road on your map.
While not strictly necessary, it’s recommended to use an air vehicle to reach the next location, which is on the west side of the island. Wasps can be ordered from any FOB when you have collected enough Valor Points and Banshees can be hijacked while using the grappleshot.
From Okro ‘Vagaduun’s position, go to the southeast, between mountains.
The next Propaganda Tower will be on pillars, on the south of Zeta Halo. Pay attention to your surroundings because there will be pillars of different heights. You won’t miss the correct ones if you go southeast from the Starlight Squad position.
This one will be near a border of the region, at the east of Cayman Squad. You'll be able to see a huge structure from here. Also, beware of enemies.
Go to the west of the Cayman Squad using the main road. While you can free the aforementioned squad and make them accompany you on the way, it won’t be necessary: this Propaganda Tower location is free of enemies.
Second Region, Excavation Main Mission Area
You’ll actually start the game in this area, leaving the Outpost Tremonious after the third story mission. However, if you follow the main story with your AI Weapon and pilot Echo 216, you’ll be moved to the Recovery region. Once you finish that main storyline, you’ll get back here.
While exploring the west side of the region, you’ll find a hill on the south of the Indiana Squad. The Propaganda Tower will be standing here.
The next tower is over some hills on the east of FOB Echo. Use the Banished Outpost Redoubt of Sundering as a reference, and advance northeast from there.
From FOB Echo, move to the north until you reach a hill, near a sniper tower. Following the yellow road on your map can be useful. However, beware of the enemies around.
Another spot crawled with enemies, such as grunts and brutes. This tower is in the southwest of the region, on the west of FOB Echo. It will be around pillars, in a corner.
For the next one, you can either go west of the Banished High-Value Target Balkarus or move northeast from the Banished Outpost Forge of Teash. The area with the tower has many trees and even ammo dispensers around.
Beware of multiple enemies for this one, including a ship, which can be difficult to fight against while being alone. Move to the north of Paladin Squad, on the southeast area of Barracuda Squad. Here will be the tower.
From where the Lancer Squad is based, on the west side of the island, move to the east. Beware of a group of enemies camping around. They will have some shield equipment.
The next tower will be on the southeast side of Alpha Squad, near a cliff. Don’t pay much attention to the roads marked on the map for this one, as it will be far off the road.
There are mountains on the south of Bengal Squad and the east of Armory of Reckoning (a Banished Outpost). Climb these and find an area with some trees. There won’t be enemies here.
Use the Bengal Squad spot as a reference again, but this time go to the east. The Propaganda Tower will be around rocks, right close to some pillars structure.
Fortunately, this area is free of enemies. You need to find a place with trees at the east of FOB Charlie. The yellow road is a good indicator of the correct path.
Looking at the yellow road on the map will be useful for this one. Follow it, going to the east using FOB Bravo as the starting point. There will be no enemies here.
This one will be on the south of FOB Bravo. Go to this position with weapons and ammo because there will be an enemy group waiting for you. More weapons will be lying around after you are finished.
Another spot that is much easier to reach with an air vehicle. The next Propaganda Tower will be on the east side of the island, on the east of the Thunder Squad. However, beware of the map picture because it can be quite confusing. The position might look like it’s on the top of the mountain, but it’s actually below it.
Also, beware of an enemy that can go invisible and a sniper around.
From FOB Delta, which is in the southeastern part of this region, go south, below the road. There will be a small group of enemies around it. Also, this small area is the one where a spire will appear as you advance in the story.
In the north area of this region, close to the first Outpost you invade, there will be a lake. Go south from there, looking from a spot above the yellow road on your map.
Move south from Cobra Squad, which is on the north side of this region. Continue going in that direction until you find a small yellow road with three ways on your map. The tower will be nearby.
There is an area with a small lake in the north of the region. Using this starting point, go to the west. You can start traveling from Paladin Squad and using the road to the east. This Propaganda Tower shouldn’t be guarded by enemies.
Third Region, Pelican Down Main Mission Area
The third region is the smallest one in the game. You’ll get here while completing the main missions and unlocking “Pelican Down”. There are 4 Propaganda Towers in the area.
The first time you enter the area, go to the southwest following the yellow road on your map. This tower will be near a lake. Also, beware of enemies because the structure will be heavily guarded with different creatures.
The rest of the Propaganda Towers will be near the Gun Batteries (cannons) that you need to destroy. One of these is on the southeastern side of the north Gun Battery, near the border of the map — it’s a zone with pillars. When reaching the objective, beware of incoming enemies: two brutes will appear inside falling pods.
The next one is around the east Gun Battery. From that cannon, move to the northeast. There will be a sniper post on the left and a cave entrance on the right. The Propaganda Tower will be on a rock.
This one is in the north of the Gun Battery on the west. You could follow the yellow road on your map as a guide.
Fourth Region, Sequence Main Mission Area
This is the final region of Zeta Halo that you will unlock as you progress through the story. It has a total of 13 Propaganda Towers.
From the Annex Ridge outpost, go to the south climbing up, near the border of the map. The tower will be on a hill. While there won’t be enemies on the ground, it’s most likely that an enemy Banshee will be flying around.
Beware of invisible enemies around. This tower will be between hills, on the northwest side of target Skimmer Alpha. Additionally, you can reach the place going southeast from the north beacon, which is explored during the area’s main mission.
The next Propaganda Tower can be found between trees, on the northeastern side of FOB November, which is located on the west side of the region. You can follow the road until it has a fork.
This one is north of Banished target En ‘Geddon. Keep going north until you reach the border of the map. The tower will be around some trees. It’s probably that you won’t find any enemies around.
Find where En ‘Geddon is located one more time and then head to the southeast. You need to descend some hills, but not all of them. The tower will be on the west side of the yellow road, between trees.
The fifth Propaganda Tower is quite near the FOB Hotel, which is located around the center of this region. Go south from the station and climb a hill. Use your hook to reach the area faster.
A spot free of enemies. Get to FOB November and then start moving to the southeast (this is near the west beacon). You’ll have to climb a cliff in the form of pillars.
This one is near the bridge that connects this region with the second one. You can go to the southwest side of the Recovery area or just move northwest from the location of En ‘Geddon. The Tower will be near the border of the map.
From the beacon located on the south, essential for the main mission in the area, climb to the east. You’ll find the structure near many enemies.
This is one is near the Banished target called Arthoc, which is located on the east side of the region’s big lake. From there, move south, following the yellow road. The map picture might seem to indicate that the tower is on a cliff or mountain, but it’s actually on the ground level.
While going for the next tower, you can either go east from FOB Juliet or advance west from the Riven Gate (a Banished outpost). Beware when getting to the area because there is an Elite soldier that can get invisible.
Next, go to the east of where Ordo ‘Mal, a Banished target, is based. The structure will be near the yellow road, but above some pillars. It’s easier to get here by using a flying vehicle, like a Banshee or a Wasp. However, you can just use your hook and do the climbing the hard way.
Another spot that can be made easier by traveling inside an air vehicle. From the Banished outpost named Riven Gate, go to the north. This will be near the area where the north beacon is. Beware of enemies that will appear in falling pods.
