The fourth vision in Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil provides an incredibly varied trilogy of stages. Not only does it have some of the longer stages in the game, but this vision also includes a puzzle-heavy maze stage, and another board riding segment. Needless to say, you will be provided with a range of experiences here. And with those experiences comes a number of new Momett Bell Dolls, Ngapoko Eggs, and Dream Stones just waiting to be collected.

While there is a lot of content here, most of it is pretty reasonable. We will guide you through every side area, and every hidden item. Though, it is worth noting that with the board riding level (The Mountains Of Mira-Mira) you will be better off reading this guide before you attempt the stage, as the Momett Doll Bells can be easily missed if you aren't prepared for them.

4-1: Ishra’s Ark

This is a long, long puzzle-focused area. You will also be introduced to a new mechanic in a type of crystal obstruction that requires charging up a specific enemy projectile to destroy. We also have the return of Ngapoko Eggs after the developers seemingly forgot about them in the Volk City stages.

4-1: Where To Find All The Momett Doll Bells

In the area that follows the first crystal blockade you encounter, there will be a section with a launch pad and two birds. Grab one of the birds, jump on the launch pad, and then use the bird to boost jump into the area above. The first Momett Doll Bell (1/6) is hovering up here.

After grabbing the first Momett Doll Bell, you will find a Ngapoko Egg in the background that holds a Momett Doll Bell (2/6). Unfortunately, you can’t get into the area while holding an enemy to throw at the egg. So, what you need to do is to grab the crystal moo. Hop down, toss the moo at the nearest enemy to the entrance of the area, then enter the area with the Ngapoko Egg. After the moo hits the enemy, it will return to you. Thus, you will have a projectile to toss at the Ngapoko Egg in the background.

When you get to the section with the helicopter enemy, how down to the right. There is a Ngapoko Egg that holds a Momett Doll Bell (3/6). However, before you grab it, you will probably want to avoid any Dream Stones and activate the Mirror Spirit first.

After you leave the cave you will be fired out of a canon. Head to the right and you will encounter another Momett Doll Bell (4/6). The next area after that one will have a Ngapoko Egg sitting in a crevice in the background. Just throw an enemy at it and you will receive another Momett Doll Bell (5/6). Finally, at the very end of the stage, there is a destructible box above you. Just grab the electrified enemy and perform the enhanced boosted jump to blow through the block and grab the final Momett Doll Bell (6/6).

4-1: Where To Find All The Ngapoko Eggs

In the area immediately after you are introduced to the crystal barriers, there is a Ngapoko Egg holding a coin wedged in the crevice in the background. Then, in the next area, there is another Ngapoko Egg concealed in the background (see the instruction for the second bell for more details on how to obtain it).

When you hit the Mirror Spirit segment, there will be Ngapoko Egg in the background to the right: It holds a Momett Doll Bell. The first segment with giant elevator (which also has a Mirror Spirit) that you toggle up and down has two Ngapoko Eggs. The first is in the crevice to your left and contains a Momett Doll Bell. The other is in the crevice up above and contains Dream Stones.

4-1: How to Get All 150 Dream Stones

There are really only two sticky areas for Dream Stones in this stage. The first is a Mirror Spirit segment found alongside the third Momett Doll Bell. The trick here is to not gather any Dream Stones before you activate the Mirror Spirt. Then, jump up, free the mirror spirit, and grab the bird on the way down. Use them to perform a boosted jump up and get the next line of Dream Stones, then, grab the next bird and used them to gather the reast of ‘em.

The next Mirrori Spirit isn’t nearly as tricky. Here, you want to free the spirit then claim the nearby Dream Stones, including those in the nearby Ngapoko Egg. To make things easier, you can break the egg beforehand.

4-2: Mountains Of Mira-Mira

Dream Stone collectors take a deep breath, Mountains Of Mira-Mira is another board riding level. And we have to say, it is probably even harder to get all the Dream Stones. This time you will be snowboarding, while there are a lot of familiar elements to the previous board riding stages, this time there are tunnels that allow you to ride the ceiling, not to mention the increased emphasis on jumps.

4-2: Where To Find All The Momett Doll Bells

The first Momett Doll Bell (1/6) is on the main path of the stage. The only tricky part is that it is wedged in between two spiked balls. Though, there are enough heart refills lying around, so don’t worry too much about that. Once you enter the tunnel section of the stage, the second Momett Doll Bell (2/6) will be on the ceiling.

After the tunnel section, you will hit a part of the stage where you are being launched by bumpers. There will be a Momett Doll Bell (3/6) sitting on top of one of the tornado launch pads. You may have to cut your speed to not overshoot it. Once you hit the section with walls of trees, you need to make sure you grab an enemy to hop up and get the fourth Momett Doll Bell (4/6).

Finally, once you sit the last series of bumpers, there will be a Momett Doll Bell (5/6) waiting on the right side of the bridge for you. This is a pretty tricky one to grab. You are in danger of overshooting it. Try cutting your speed mid-air and then make up any distance you need with the float. The final Momett Doll Bell (6/6) is just sittin ont the main path at the end of the stage.

4-2: Where To Find All The Ngapoko Eggs

Much like the previous boarding section, you are spared from having to break any eggs while boarding.

4-2: How to Get All 150 Dream Stones

Whoo boy, this one is rough. Much like the previous boarding stage, when you see an enemy grab them. You will absolutely need them for an upcoming jump. Beyond that, try to cut your speed as much as possible (except for when you are doing a Mirror Spirit segment, of course).

One of the tougher segments is when you enter the frozen dragon’s throat. You will need to hit the three lines of Dream Stones and they are very hard to see. The first line of gems will be on the right, the next will be on the left, then the final run will be back to the center. At the end of the tunnel there is one diamond sitting under the giant spiked enemy as well.

After the tunnel section that is lit with candles, make sure to grab one of the birds and use them to make the jump to the canon. This will lead you to the first Mirror Spirit section which is very reasonable. There is almost no trick to it. The final Mirror Spirit is at the very end of the stage. They are sitting on the right edge of the bridge. Hit it and then immediately prepare to get to the opposite end of the bridge, and then zig zag back to the right side again. Your timing needs to be perfect here. There is a brutal little sequence.

4-3: Maze Of Memories

This is another longer level. Given the name, you will probably be unsurprised to hear that there is a heavy emphasis on puzzles. Here the big mechanic is the ability to invert the stage at a number of given points. If you get lost, pay attention to the colors of the doorways. This will help guide you. In general, this is an enjoyable little level, and all the collectibles are very manageable.

4-3: Where To Find All The Momett Doll Bells

The first Momett Doll Bell seemingly exists to the existence of the core mechanic for this stage. So, interact with the rune that flips the stage, then grab an enemy and hop up to grab the first Momett Doll Bell (1/6). Once you enter through the green doorway, the next Momett Doll Bell will be up above (2/6). Grab the electric moo, and carry them into the next area. Here, there will be a Momett Doll Bell in the top left corner of the room. Just use the advanced boost jump to grab the Momett Doll Bell (3/6).

Once you get to a room with a giant mirror in the background, move to the right. You will see another mirror: run directly up to it, and you will reveal a Ngapoko Egg. Inside this egg is, of course, the fourth Momett Doll Bell (4/6). The next Ngapoko Egg is completely hidden in the foreground, however, you will see it in the mirror in the background. Break the egg to receive the fifth Momett Doll Bell (5/6). Finally, near the end of the stage you will platform up a tower. The last Momett Doll Bell (6/6) is right out in the open here.

4-3: Where To Find All The Ngapoko Eggs

The first Ngapoko Egg is at the very beginning of the level in the foreground. The next Egg is found in front of a mirror (this area is to the right of the first Mirror Spirit segment). It is invisible and contains a Momett Doll Bell.

The next Ngapoko Egg can be found in the green doorway behind the giant shellie. Here, you can’t actually see the egg, but it is reflected in the mirror as you walk by. It contains a Momett Doll Bell.

4-3: How to Get All 150 Dream Stones

The Dream Stones here are… not too hard to obtain. For the most part, you won’t struggle to get most of these Dream Stones. The first mirror spirit just requires that you take out the giant shellie and then collect the Dream Stones.

The final Mirror Spirit section is found in the tower section at the end of the stage. It is also pretty straightforward, but requires that you be pretty sharp with your platforming. You are going to need to grab the bird enemies as you quickly scale the tower and collect the Dream Stones.
