The Archangel Simeon is introduced in Lesson 2-13 of Obey Me! If none of the demons are really doing it for you, this calm and kind Celestial could be a welcome change from the chaos that comes with the seven brothers. By taking part in Simeon's Surprise Guest events, you can raise his Intimacy level and unlock exclusive events with him.
Simeon's Surprise Guest visits work like those of the other characters — they appear randomly and require trial-and-error (or a handy guide) to optimize. As it happens, we have all the information you need right here!
How To Trigger Simeon's Surprise Guest Events
Surprise Guest events appear at random on the Home Screen in the form of a speech bubble. Tapping the bubble causes the event to begin, featuring the character you currently have set to the Home Screen. By keeping Simeon on your Home Screen, you'll be able to ensure that when a Surprise Guest appears from there it will be him that shows up.
It is also possible for Surprise Guests to appear after winning a dance battle. When this happens, the character for the event is chosen randomly from among the three Demon Cards that were deployed in the fight. Keep Simeon in your lineup, and you'll occasionally get unique Surprise Guest dialogue from him after a victory. The dialogue will even change depending on your Star Rating in the dance battle.
How To Get The Most Intimacy From Simeon's Surprise Guest Events
During his Surprise Guest events, you'll have the opportunity to interact with Simeon to earn Intimacy points. You'll have three chances to either give him a gift or touch his picture on the screen. The amount of Intimacy you receive depends on how much he likes what you're doing.
Keep in mind that depending on the conditions that triggered the Surprise Guest event, Simeon will have slightly different preferences. You'll need to change your interactions with him and the order in which they're performed based on his opening line. Use the chart below to determine the best way to maximize your Intimacy reward — you might even receive some gifts of your own if you perform well enough!
Books and Paradise Blue are Simeon's favorite gifts. If you lose track of your position on the chart or don't have it handy, these items will always provide the most possible Intimacy when given to him during a Surprise Guest event.

*This touch interaction provides more Intimacy than other touch interactions, but not as much as a favorite gift. Use it only if you don't have a good gift available.
Simeon has two different Surprise Guest events that open with the line, "I am pleased that I was able to bring you victory." One triggers after a battle, the other triggers from the Home Screen. Be sure to use the interactions for the correct version of this dialogue, based on how the visit started.
