Like other cozy farming simulators, Ooblets utilizes stamina. This limits what you can do each day, but there are ways to replenish your stamina so you can continue on with whatever you were doing. If you need help increasing your stamina, you've come to the right place.
In this guide, we are going to take a look at all the ways to replenish your stamina. Unlike games like Stardew Valley, you will not be able to just sleep and skip the entire day; you are only able to go to sleep until the next day if it is nighttime. Because of this, it's important to replenish stamina if it gets low during the day.
What Uses Stamina?
Pretty much every action that you do will consume stamina. When near an item, a little pop-up message will appear making note of how much stamina you will use to perform the associated action. For example, plucking fruits from a tree will use ten stamina.
Once you have a very low amount of stamina, the number will appear over your stamina bar. This allows you to keep track of your stamina so it doesn't get too low.
Eating Food
One of the most basic ways to replenish your stamina is to eat food. From inside your house, you can cook a variety of meals using ingredients that you grow and forage.
If you don't have enough material to make food, you can also buy some in Badgetown. NPCs, such as Polt, sell you food items that can be eaten to replenish your stamina. Polt can be found walking around the lower section of Badgetown holding a box of Bunglebee Buns. Buying a bun from Polt is the quickest way to replenish stamina if you have the Gummies to spare.
To eat food, you will need to head to the 'Stuff' page of your Grumboire and select the options menu for the food. From here, just select 'consume' to eat.
Taking A Nap
Although you can't sleep until the next day when it's still daytime, you will be able to take naps. This is done by simply heading back to your house and interacting with the bed. After a short period of time, you will wake up and have a bit more stamina.
If it's about to be nighttime, and you would rather just sleep until the next day, you can take a nap and then go straight to sleep for the night once the nap is over. This will take you to the following day, displaying the end-of-day stats and experience that you have gained.
