There are three Challengers events, each with an Open Qualifier and Closed Qualifier weekend.

CHALLENGERS WEEKEND 2
- Open Qualifiers: February 10 – 14

This open format enables any team to have a shot at making it to the Masters Stage on March 13th. As we have seen at previous Nerd St. Gamers competitions, on any given day, any team can pull off a win. Due to COVID-19 still affecting major portions of the world, all events will be held online and remotely, depending on how circumstances evolve throughout the year. The Challengers Closed Qualifiers is where teams will qualify for the Masters Stage in March. Making it to the Masters stage is the only way that teams in North America will compete globally later on this year.
