Dota 2: Xuan and Black^ are no longer a part of T1

Unfortunately, two of the T1 team members are no longer a part of the roster.

Even though T1 is one of the most famous League of Legends organizations in the world, their Dota 2 squad is struggling to make a name for itself. It’s been a couple of months since it was announced that T1 is stepping in Dota 2. However, the team couldn’t really do much, even after a couple of roster changes.

The latest endeavor of T1 were the LA Major qualifiers. Although some people thought they’d make it, this wasn’t the case. Instead, the team crumbled very early on and failed to qualify.  To make matters worse, the same happened with the ONE Esports Jakarta Invitational qualifiers.

The aftermath

Following the two disappointing finishes, two of T1’s players were removed from the roster. One of them is Dominik “Black^” Reitmeier, and the other Yixaun “xuan” Guo. Unfortunately, this happens just a couple of weeks after both players were introduced to the squad.

We have no idea what will happen with T1’s Dota 2 team in the future. Currently, the entire Dota 2 scene is pretty much frozen due to the coronavirus outbreak. All big tournaments were either canceled or postponed and it doesn’t seem like this problem will be fixed soon.

Until we figure out what’s happening, this is T1’s current roster:

  • Lee “Forev” Sang-don
  • Muhammad “inYourdreaM” Rizky
  • Tri “Jhocam” Kuncor
