After an unsuccessful attempt at claiming a spot in the Southeast Asia Lower Division of 2021 Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) first season, Indian organization Reckoning Esports is gearing up for the next season and brings along four Filipino players to prepare for the next round of open qualifiers.
xSilearn, ryOyr and Hiro have been replaced on the roster, which now will be led in battle by the more experienced Filipino support, John Linuel “Teehee” Abanto. He will be joined at Reckoning Esports by former Neon offlaner Julius “JG” Galeon. The two of them come to the team with already established chemistry, as they played together throughout 2019 and 2020 at Lowkey Esports and Exclamation Mark.
For the mid lane position, Reckoning Esports will benefit from Benhur “Ben” Lawis’ experience gathered throughout his time with Mineski, Team Admiral and Chai “Mushi” Yee’s Team Io. Last but not least, Mark Jubert “Shanks” Redira, who has previously played for Geek Fam and Sterling Global Dragons, will also represent the Reckoning Esports banner.
One of the few players kept from the previous roster is the Vietnamese carry Nghĩa “Killua Trương.
