Call of Duty League team Minnesota RØKKR has hired Jenna Johnson as its new director of partnership strategy & activation. Prior to joining RØKKR, Johnson worked for NYC-based TLC Marketing Worldwide as its director of operation for a year. Before that, she spent more than eight years at Connecticut-based agency Octagon in various roles.
Minnesota RØKKR is owned by WISE Ventures, a Wilf family-owned private investment fund. The Wilfs are also the owners of the Minnesota Vikings. VaynerMedia CEO Gary Vaynerchuk is also an owner. He also owns VaynerSports, which launched an esports and gaming representation division called VaynerGaming last summer.
