Ninja to YouTube more plausible after now deleted test stream

That’s right, Ninja may have made a boo-boo. Unless this was a bit of bait, the internet and gaming star may have just given away one of the most anticipated announcements (there’s also shroud’s new homeand of course DrDisrespect’s ban).

Both Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and Michael “shroud” Grzesiek had signed to Mixer during 2019 with contracts for an undisclosed sum expected to be handed out across two to three years. With the announcement last month that Mixer was shutting down, however, it put the two back on the market (and PAID).

Since then, many have been speculating on whether the two will be making their return to Twitch or finding a new home on either YouTube or Facebook. While it seems the majority think Twitch will be where shroud ends up, Ninja was already speculated to head to YouTube given his absurd 23 million subscribers there and the not so clean cut departure from Twitch.

With this test stream now showing up, it seems he may have leaked his own move and killed a bit of the hype he and the platform were hoping for. This information comes from a well-known Fortnite data miner, HYPEX.

Regardless of whether or not this turns out to have been a case of the “oopsies” the move will still garner plenty of attention and certainly mean another huge cash out for the Ninja brand.
