Pizza chain Pizza Hut has been named as the official marketing partner for Twitch Rivals North America.
As a result of the collaboration, Pizza Hut will bring back its live gaming series Friday Night Bites as a monthly live stream on Twitch.

According to the release, the series will regularly feature celebrities, influencers, and professional gamers in ‘game night/pizza party live streams’.
Each Friday Night Bites episode will feature a number of well-known guests playing games and competing in pizza-themed challenges while having Pizza Hut ordered and delivered live on stream. Spectators engaging in live chat will also have a chance to win Pizza Hut giveaways.
Moreover, the pizza brand will reveal its own branded broadcast integration — the M-V-Pizza — to help the community celebrate winning moments in gameplay.
The first Twitch Rivals: Friday Night Bites is set to take place on June 25th from 3pm to 5:30pm PT and will feature ESPN Host Arda Ocal, Twitch streamer Phillip ‘EEvisu’ Visu and musician Faheem ‘T-Pain’ Rasheed Najm playing drawing game Gartic.

The announcement follows the success of last year’s limited Friday Night Bites series on Twitch, which reportedly gathered over 1m concurrent viewers in each episode, according to the release.
Pizza Hut also recently announced partnerships with creative agency Kairos Media and esports organisation RSG for its UK and Singaporean branches, respectively.
Esports Insider says: Twitch Rivals NA’s impressive partner portfolio includes the likes of State Farm, Logitech G, Dunkin’, Samsung and now also Pizza Hut. It’s apparent that Twitch is picking exclusively the most recognisable non-endemic brands, particularly when it comes to content collaberations.
