Overwatch 2 Brings Back An Old Symmetra Bug In Eichenwalde
Overwatch 2 seems to have brought back an old Symmetra bug which makes turrets invincible when deployed on the Eichenwalde map. "If you put her turrets in the door when it drops, they will stay there and attack enemies," the user on Reddit called Puzzleheaded_Drink45 who first spotted the bug said. "Please fix it soon before it’s exploited, I did it by accident and that’s how I found out."
Yep, Final Fantasy 16 Will Have Moogles
In case you’ve been wondering, the upcoming Final Fantasy 16 will in fact feature Moogles, basically fluff balls from earlier in the series. The news comes directly from the official Twitter account for the game which posted a short video in which the little creatures could be seen. Similar to Cactuars and Chocobos, Moogles are one of the recurring animal species in the series, having appeared in almost every single entry in the famous franchise.
Roadhog Is Getting A "Soft Rework" To Better Suit Overwatch 2's 5v5 Gameplay
The popular Hero called Roadhog is going to be getting a “soft rework” in order to make the character better suited to the gameplay in Overwatch 2. “Mentioned this on stream, but there were some technical issues with the planned Roadhog changes,” Lead Hero Designer on Overwatch 2 Alec Dawson said on Twitter. “Those will come out in mid/ late January. We'll be nerfing his one-shot capability. Down the line, he'll get a soft rework that positions him better as a Tank for 5v5.”
EA's FIFA Predicts The World Cup Winners For 4th Consecutive Time
The most recent entry in the FIFA franchise by developer EA has managed to correctly predict the winner of the World Cup for the fourth consecutive time. This impressive little feat of predictive modeling was made even more so by the fact that FIFA was able to somehow determine that a single goal would mean the outcome of the final match.
Streamer xQc Bets $500,000 On World Cup Final, Loses Almost Everything
The streamer xQc wagered $500,000 on the World Cup Final, but instead of backing Argentina, the content creator put his money down on France, resulting in a loss of exactly $495,000 for having cashed out at the worst possible time. “I've been saying France is going to win it all since the first game,” xQc said before making the bet. “Putting money where my mouth is. Easiest win of my life. My man's PayPal is about to snap on these noobs. Ez. Ez. Ez. Ez. Ez.”
