Warframe's Angels of the Zariman update has introduced a new weapon type: Incarnon weapons. These Void-touched weapons can morph into devastating weapon platforms when used in a certain way, allowing your Warframe to carve through hordes of enemies with little issue.
All Incarnon weapons also come with an Evolution system that allows you to fine-tune their stats and behavior in combat. Alter your weapon's reload speed, give it bonus damage on non-critical hits, and much more. This guide will go over what Incarnon weapons are, how to make them, showcase how the Evolution system works, and we'll cover every Evolution you can use on these weapons.
What Are Incarnon Weapons?
Incarnon weapons are Void-infused weaponry that evolve under certain conditions. All Incarnon weapons are obtained from The Holdfasts Syndicate aboard the Zariman. As of the Angels of the Zariman update, there are three Incarnon weapons:
- Laetum: A semi-auto pistol that becomes a full-auto grenade launcher when evolved.
- Phenmor: A semi-auto rifle that turns into a minigun when evolved.
- Praedos: Tonfas that gain additional range and attack speed when evolved.
Every Incarnon weapon has an Incarnon form that unlocks upon finishing its first Evolution task. Once complete, you can evolve these weapons by using them mid-mission. The Laetum and Phenmor require headshots, while the Praedos requires you to Heavy Attack while at x5 combo multiplier. For the Laetum and Phenmor, you must press the alt-fire input to activate the Incarnon form.

Crafting Incarnon Weapons
All Incarnon weapons are obtained from Cavalero in the Chrysalith hub aboard the Zariman. You must reach a certain rank with The Holdfasts to purchase them. Alternatively, you can also trade the blueprints with other players. Each weapon requires the following reputation and resources to craft:
You'll need Voidplumes to make any Incarnon weapon. Give our Voidplume guide a look for more information on how you can farm each Voidplume type.

Incarnon Evolutions Explained
Unlike most Warframe weapons, Incarnon weapons have Evolutions that act as swappable passives. These passives grant anywhere from recoil reduction to a massive damage multiplier on non-critical hits. At any time while at the Chrysalith, you can speak to Cavalero to swap your Incarnon weapon's Evolution passives. Unlike Zaws, there is no limit to how many times you can swap your Evolutions.
Evolutions are broken down into five tiers, each tied to a weapon-specific challenge. Complete the challenge, and you get to choose between one of three Evolutions—excluding the first Evolution that unlocks your weapon's Incarnon mode. Once again, these can be changed at any time.
The unlock challenges for each weapon, along with tips for each challenge, can be found below.

All Incarnon Evolutions
All weapons feature five Evolution tiers, four of which have multiple options you can select. Each weapon's Evolution options and unlock requirements are listed below.
Laetum Evolutions

Incarnon Form | Headshots charge Incarnon Transmutation; Alt Fire transmutes. Switching back will expend any remaining charge. |
Tier 2 | |

Rapid Wrath | +20% Fire Rate |
Raptor's Chase | +50% Movement Speed while Aiming |
Tier 3 | |
Lethal Rearmament | On Headshot: +30% Reload Speed for 12s. Stacks up to 3x. |

Tier 5 | |
Devouring Attrition | 50% chance to deal +2,000% Damage on non-critical hits. |
Reaper's Plenty | On Headshot: +40% Ammo Efficiency for 6s. |
Overwhelming Attrition | On Hit that is neither Critical nor applies a status effect: +400% Damage for 20s. Stacks up to 3x. |
Incarnon Form turns this weapon into a full-auto weapon that shoots explosive bullets. You can fire up to 220 bullets in this mode before it reverts to its default firing mode. You cannot modify the Incarnon mode's bullet maximum, nor is it affected by Ammo Efficiency. However, this mode is affected by Synth Charge if your weapon has zero ammo in the magazine.
Most tier upgrades on this weapon are additive with other Mods. For example, T4 Elemental Excess works as a Mod would, giving you a tiny bump in Status and a slight reduction in critical; it does not affect base stats. Devouring Attrition and Overwhelming Attrition both affect base damage and scale additively with Hornet Strike.
Phenmor Evolutions
Tier 1 | |
---|---|
Incarnon Form | Headshots charge Incarnon Transmutation; Alt Fire transmutes. Switching back will expend any remaining charge. |
Tier 2 | |
Void's Guidance | +50% Accuracy and -50% Recoil while Aiming |
Rapid Wrath | +20% Fire Rate |
Swift Deliverance | +80% Projectile Speed |
Tier 3 | |
Retribution's Vessel | +50% Magazine Capacity. |
Ready Retaliation | On Reload From Empty: +100% Reload Speed for 6s. |
Executioner's Fortune | On Headshot Kill: 20% chance to instantly reload. |

Incarnon Efficiency | Headshots build +50% more Incarnon Transmutation charge. |
Elemental Excess | +20% Status Chance, -10% Critical Chance. |
Tier 5 | |
Devouring Attrition | 50% chance to deal +2,000% Damage on non-critical hits. |
Spiteful Defilement | Enemies suffering fewer than 3 Status Effects will receive +100% Critical Damage. |
Lingering Judgment | On 2 Headshots Within 2s: +50% Headshot Damage for 8s. |
Incarnon Form morphs this slow-firing rifle into a minigun for the next 408 rounds, each bullet gaining three meters of punch-through. While it doesn't have any AoE capabilities, the punch-through and sheer damage output of this gun more than make up for that.
Stat buffs provided by any Evolutions are additive with their respective Mods, making the stat-altering T4 Evolutions nearly unnoticable.
Praedos Evolutions
Tier 1 | |
---|---|
Incarnon Form | Reach 5x Combo and then Heavy Attack to activate Incarnon Form. |
Tier 2 | |
Seismic Slam | +50% Slam Radius |
Whirling Flurry | +20% Attack Speed |

Tier 4 | |
Swift Transmute | Reach 3x Combo and Heavy Attack to activate Incarnon Form. |
Evolved Ascension | +30% Parkour Velocity. |
Vaulting Leap | Increases Double Jump strength by 100%. |
Tier 5 | |
Transfigured Momentum | On Slide Kill: +50% Heavy Attack Efficiency for 30s. |
Kinetic Harmony | +100% Heavy Attack Wind Up Speed. |
Universal Readiness | Collecting ammo grants 5 Melee Combo counter. |
Incarnon Form enhances your Tonfas with +2 meters of range and 40% more attack speed for the next 90 seconds. These bonuses seem to stack additively with other sources of range and attack speed, making the Praedos' Incarnon Form the least impressive of the three available.
Bonuses from the Evolutions are additive with other Mods. Since most players don't build for Parkour stats, using this weapon's utility-focused Evolutions is highly recommended.
