You Can Play Yakuza 0 And Kiwami On Mobile With New Xbox Cloud Touch Support

Xbox Cloud Gaming is bringing touch controls to 12 more games this month, including Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and Yakuza Kiwami 2.

Most of us already know that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate also offers Xbox Cloud Gaming, a game streaming service that lets you play games on mobile devices or PC, but it also adds touch controls to some games so you don’t even need a controller. This month, Microsoft has announced 12 more games will receive touch controls to improve its on-the-go-gaming capabilities.

Those games include the classic Sega brawlers Yakuza 0, Yakuza Kiwami, and Yakuza Kiwami 2. These legendary titles are definitely worth playing even on mobile, although longtime fans of the series might have to get used to the touch controls before they’re bashing thugs with bike racks the way they remember.

Here’s the full list of games getting touch controls this month:

  • Citizen Sleeper
  • Disc Room
  • Escape Academy
  • Garden Story
  • Little Witch in the Woods (Game Preview)
  • Lost In Random
  • Spacelines from the Far Out
  • Umurangi Generation
  • Yakuza 0
  • Yakuza Kiwami
  • Yakuza Kiwami 2
  • As Dusk Falls – Available July 19

Game Pass is also adding six more titles to its ever-growing library of games. On July 19, As Dusk Falls gets its day-one release on Xbox Game Pass, while Watch Dogs 2 and Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation make their Game Pass debuts. As Dusk Falls was previewed during Summer Game Fest as narrative-based adventure game that explores the lives of two families after thirty years in a small town. In her preview, our own Jade King said the game might be a little too cliche for her tastes, but fans of the genre should still find a riveting story if they can get past the oil painting visuals.

Later in the month, MotoGP22 and Torment: Tides of Numenera arrive on July 21, while Inside arrives on July 29. Game Pass is also saying goodbye to five titles on July 31, including Dodgeball Academia, Katamari Damacy Reroll, Lumines Remastered, Omno, and Raji: An Ancient Epic.
