The Razer Kishi is an awesome new mobile controller we first demoed back at CES 2020, surprising us with its ability to serve as a great companion for the games found in Project xCloud. If you’re interested in snagging yourself a great mobile controller, then you’ll be happy to hear the Android version is available now. The Kishi fits around almost all devices, connecting to your smartphone via USB-C and allowing for pass-through charging of your smartphone. The Razer Kishi for Android is $80 USD, with an iPhone model planned for the future.
The Razer Kishi works with all games that support third-party controllers. Unfortunately, some games, such as Call of Duty Mobile, only support specific controllers, and are only compatible with official first-party PS4 and Xbox One controllers. If you’re lucky enough to be a part of Microsoft’s Project xCloud streaming beta that allows you to play Xbox One games on your Android device, then you’ll be happy to know the Kishi is compatible.

We tested the Razer Kishi at CES 2020 with Devil May Cry 5 and came away impressed. The Kishi is well-built, and while it’s not as high quality as an Xbox One controller, and the buttons are a little mushy, it’s still a great controller that exceeds expectations.
Razer also has a number of other mobile options as well, including the Razer Junglecat, a Nintendo Switch-style option for specific phones, and the Razer Raiju Mobile, which emulates the company’s Elite-style controllers for mobile phones, complete with programmable back paddles and more.
