The M13 may not be one of the more popular assault rifles in Call of Duty: Warzone, often being overshadowed by weapons like the CR-56 AMAX, FFAR 1 and others. However, it’s a truly underrated gun that packs a punch, especially with a certain professionally approved loadout.
As part of the original Modern Warfare batch of weapons, the M13 is a balanced rifle that performs well at all ranges. There are other ARs, though, that tend to kill quicker. However, any weapon, including the M13, can become a real terror on Verdansk with the correct loadout.

Overall, the M13 doesn’t have any glaring weaknesses that need to be fixed when designing a loadout. It has decent damage, range, accuracy and fire rate. Its iron sights are also solid, meaning that players don’t need to equip an optic if they want to open up another attachment slot. Of course, the gun is still a rifle so equipping a sight will help with those inevitable long-range gunfights.

- Barrel: Tempus Marksman
- Optic: Corp Combat Halo Sight
- Underbarrel: Ranger Foregrip

This loadout doesn’t shine in any one area but it does perform well in all situations. Equipping a Monolithic Suppressor keeps players off the radar, and both the Tempus Marksman and Ranger Foregrip reduce recoil. These are fairly simple base attachments but they make the M13 even more stable.
Finally, the 60 Round Mags help with sustained fire for those medium to long-range gunfights that are so common in Warzone. Also, this loadout uses the Corp Combat Holo Sight, which is popular with the M13. But, if players are looking for a more accurate scope, they should choose the VLK 3.0x Optic. If they’re looking for a more close-range scope, the G.I. Mini Reflex is a tried and true option.
