Whether you’re a big kid at heart or simply in need of some extra cash, then this new job might be for you.
In what might be the best job ever, The Toy Zone is hiring somebody to test the brand new Nerf Halo Bulldog SG Blaster.
The successful applicant will receive the aforementioned Nerf Blaster, the Halo Mangler and a Halo Master Chief helmet.
Best of all, you’ll actually get paid to review the products online, provided you live in the UK or US.
HASBRO explains more: “We will send you items from Hasbro’s exciting new Nerf Halo range for you to unbox, lock and load as you put these blasters through their paces to see if they would stand up to Master Chief’s standards.”
According to The Toy Zone, successful applicants will need to play with each toy and explain what they like and dislike about the products.
You’ll also need to take some close-up photographs of the items, record and unboxing video, and another video in which you test the products in the wild.
If you want the chance to score the job and make some extra cash in time for Christmas, you’ll need to apply on the Toy Zone website by November 12.
The successful applicant will be notified on Twitter towards the end of November.
As part of an FAQ on the Toy Zone website, you don’t actually need to be a Halo fan to apply, although it’s worth researching the series for background.
You also don’t actually need any experience reviewing products to secure the job.
“We’re offering this opportunity to the masses, not to the few.
“We’re looking for your enthusiasm, sense of childlike curiosity, fresh ideas, and those who have always dreamt of being that kid from the hit Hanks movie Big.”
Halo Infinite gameplay teaser released at Xbox Series X event
Getting the job is the perfect way to get hyped for the upcoming release of Halo Infinite.
Launching in December, the Halo Infinite campaign will be available as a free download for Game Pass subscribers.
“When all hope is lost and humanity’s fate hangs in the balance, the Master Chief is ready to confront the most ruthless foe he’s ever faced,” reads the official description.
“Step inside the armor of humanity’s greatest hero to experience an epic adventure and explore the massive scale of the Halo ring.”
