Microsoft has confirmed that Xbox Live core services are down tonight, which will be one of the main causes of tonight’s Warzone outage.
Call of Duty servers on Xbox One and Xbox Series X consoles are currently offline due to the ongoing outage and won’t be back up until they have been fixed.
The latest status on today’s Xbox Live servers downtime is that Microsoft has engineers looking into the problems.
But it should be noted that a number of other big platforms are having issues today, including Electronic Arts and YouTube.
A message from the tech giant covering today’s Xbox Live problems confirms: “You may have problems joining multiplayer games, or finding other players.
“You may not be able to sign-in to your Xbox profile, may be disconnected while signed in, or have other related problems. Features that require sign-in like most games, apps and social activity won’t be available.”
It’s unclear how long servers will be down as Microsoft has not provided an ETA on when its core services will be back online.
