Normally at this time of year, E3 is in full swing, bringing new game announcements and trailers to look forward to all week long. While E3 2020 was canceled and most publishers are having some kind of online showcase this summer, the E3 sales are out in full force, bringing thousands of steep discounts for PS4 and PC games. This is the time of year when we tend to see the best prices on games outside of Black Friday, so it’s worth taking a gander at all the sales and discounts available online right now.
Below, we’ve rounded up the biggest gaming sales happening right now and highlighted some of the best deals they’re offering. Some of the sales are starting to end, like Xbox’s Deals Unlocked Sale, so be sure to check out the deals that are still left. Most of these sales end in the next day or two. Major retailers are price-matching many of the official deals offered in the Nintendo Eshop, PlayStation Store, and Xbox Store. Steam users have a little longer to wait for their massive games sale–Steam’s 2020 Summer Sale is expected to launch on June 25. Plus, as E3 2020 press conferences move online, check out our updated schedule of digital E3 replacement events happening in June and July.

PlayStation Days of Play Sale
Ends June 18
Today’s PlayStation 5 livestream will offer an exciting look at PlayStation’s next generation of games, but we’ve still got months to go before the PS5’s launch. Right now, PS4 owners can take advantage of the annual Days of Play sale happening now on the PlayStation Store and at major retailers to pick up some new games for cheap. Both physical and digital games are up for grabs in Days of Play along with discounts on PlayStation Plus and PS4 headsets. Unfortunately for anyone who was hoping to snag a PS4 for cheap this summer, consoles aren’t a part of Days of Play this year. Days of Play focuses mainly on platform exclusives, so you can find excellent prices on Death Stranding, Marvel’s Spider-Man, and MLB The Show 20. PSVR games like Astro Bot Rescue Mission see major discounts as well. As with Nintendo, there’s also a huge digital sale happening right now on the PlayStation Store with more deals that you won’t find at the various retailers.
