The next big GAME PS5 restock is reportedly just around the corner and could include thousands of PlayStation consoles to buy.
The surprising news was shared by a solid stock tracker account and suggests that the UK retailer will be ready to release its next shipment before November.
And it’s not the only place that will be offering more PS5 stock in the UK this week, with BT also linked to a fresh shipment.
But for everyone waiting to have another shot at buying a PlayStation 5 in the UK, the GAME restock could be your best chance.
According to the latest news, GAME will be ready to release its PS5 stock this week, during the morning between 8am and 11am BST.
So for those looking out for new opportunities, your best chance could happen on October 28 or October 29.
This is the 48-hour window attached to the new GAME restock, although other stores could surprise us with new shipments this week too.
The prediction was made by PS5 Stock UK – a reliable stock tracker account on Twitter – which is known for providing the best guides on what’s happening next.
The latest news on the subject was shared on Twitter via the account, with a new message from PS5 Stock UK Alert explaining: “The PS5 bundles page has been updated with a release date of 04/11.
“We can confirm priority orders will be delivered by 01/11 with all other orders by 04/11. This indicates a possible online restock between 28-29 October.”
The stock tracker account also shared this news regarding the upcoming BT PS5 stock update:
“Even though BT just had a restock yesterday, they’ve mentioned that they’ll have another restock later this week! No information on what day this could be. We’ll let you know as usual.”
The only downside to the BT update is that it will only be available to existing customers and not to the general public.
Knowing when a PS5 restock is happening can be vital, but it’s also worth knowing how each retailer handles its shipments.
And here are a few examples of how best to try and buy a PlayStation 5 console from leading UK retailers:
ARGOS: The Argos website is notorious for crashing and being unable to complete purchases when site traffic is high. Stock trackers suggest using the mobile Argos app and keeping an eye on local store listings.
AMAZON UK: Amazon UK runs better under strain but still comes with a few kinks worth mentioning. Having an account set up with your card details is a good start, and gamers should also try adding a console to their wishlist before checking out.
CURRYS: Currys does not host purely digital restock events and there has been no indication when they might offer more consoles online. The retailer chooses to sell the PlayStation 5 via its brick and mortar stores via a ticketing system. Those interested must sign up on the Currys PS5 page to have the chance of being selected, which will then be followed by waiting until the next shipment of consoles arrives.
GAME: GAME is a UK retailer that offers the most regular stock updates for PS5 consoles. However, console hunters have been warned to use Guest Checkout, as this option is less likely to crash when completing a purchase. The next PS5 stock update is expected to happen on October 28.
