GameStop, like many other retailers, is competing with Amazon Prime Day by hosting a big sale of its own. GameStop’s online-only 1UP sale is live now, and it’s a step in a different direction for GameStop. The deals change every four hours, so you’ll probably want to check back periodically over the course of the 48-hour sale. The sale period is coming to a close soon, so now is your last chance to score a deal.
All pre-owned games priced $30 or less are buy two, get two free. The promotion includes more than 5,000 games, including Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, BioShock: The Collection (for Switch), Doom Eternal, and many more great titles.
If you’re still looking for a Halloween costume, all of GameStop’s costumes are 20% off, including Wonder Woman, Wolverine, Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, and more. You can also save 15% when you spent $75 on collectibles and 25% when you eclipse $125.
After the 1UP sale ends, GameStop will host a new Pro Days sale from October 15-18. The first two days of the sale are exclusive to PowerUp Rewards Pro members, while non-members can shop the sale starting October 17.
Though not technically part of GameStop’s new sale, there are some other notable deals right now. Five Nintendo Switch exclusives are down to $40 (or $38 pre-owned): New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, Super Mario Party, Yoshi’s Crafted World, Splatoon 2, and Mario Tennis Aces. NBA 2K21 is also on sale for $40 on PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
