More PS5 restock events have been reported for November following a flurry of activity from Argos, GAME and Amazon.

Each major retailer managed to drop shipments of PlayStation 5 consoles last week or during November.

And while we don’t know when they will be restocking next, hopes are high that they will join those reportedly coming next.

News shared this week suggests that BT will be hosting a PS5 restock sometime over the next 72-hours, and they won’t be the only ones.

John Lewis is another retailer expected to drop PS5 stock this week, perhaps as early as November 22.

And most of the biggest UK retailers are expected to offer restocks before the end of the year, including Argos, GAME, Currys and Amazon.

But for now, we only know that there could be two shipments dropping this week, following on from larger shipments from places like Currys.

The news has been shared by PS5 Stock UK – a reliable stock tracker account on Twitter – which is known for providing the best guides on what’s happening next.

They confirmed during the weekend that John Lewis and BT could be next, although exact dates have not been confirmed.

The message posted on Twitter by PS5 Stock UK reads: “John Lewis expects to receive a Disc Edition only shipment approximately around 21st December. As this is an approximate date, we may expect a John Lewis drop a few days before or after 21/12.

“BT Shop will be going live with PlayStation 5 consoles within the next few days. They’ve mentioned “this week” however, they’ve never dropped on a weekend before so this could possibly be an error, only to drop on the upcoming Monday, we’ll see.”

Another possible source for console hunters this week is PlayStation Direct, which is hosting another private restock event online.

As with the others in the past, gamers will need to receive an invitation to have a chance at buying a console from PS Direct.

This drop is expected to happen on December 23, but changes and delays are always possible.

Knowing when a PS5 restock is happening can be vital, but it’s also worth knowing how each retailer handles its shipments.

And here are a few examples of how best to try and buy a PlayStation 5 console from leading UK retailers:

ARGOS: The Argos website is notorious for crashing and being unable to complete purchases when site traffic is high. Stock trackers suggest using the mobile Argos app and keeping an eye on local store listings.

AMAZON UK: Amazon UK runs better under strain but still comes with a few kinks worth mentioning. Having an account set up with your card details is a good start, and gamers should also try adding a console to their wishlist before checking out.

GAME: GAME is a UK retailer that offers the most regular stock updates for PS5 consoles. However, console hunters have been warned to use Guest Checkout, as this option is less likely to crash when completing a purchase. There are no new dates for when the next PS5 restock will happen.

CURRYS: Currys does not host purely digital restock events and there has been no indication when they might offer more consoles online. The retailer chooses to sell the PlayStation 5 via its brick and mortar stores via a ticketing system. Those interested must sign up on the Currys PS5 page to have the chance of being selected, which will then be followed by waiting until the next shipment of consoles arrives.
