UFC 249 is going ahead as planned and sports fans can watch all the action this weekend using their PS4 or Xbox One. Due to the event being hosted on BT Sport in the UK, subscribers will have a number of devices they can use to gain access. Topping the bill during the clash in Jacksonville, Florida is the interim lightweight title fight between in-form 155-pounders Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje.
Ferguson is putting his 12-fight winning streak and place as the top contender in the lightweight division on the line as he squares off against Gaethje.
“Nicknamed ‘The Highlight’, Gaethje will be bidding to end Ferguson’s eight-year unbeaten run and set up a potential bout with reigning lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov,” BT Sports explains.
“Elsewhere, bantamweight champion Henry Cejudo will be looking to back up his claim to being the greatest combat sports athlete of all-time when he puts his belt on the line against the returning Dominick Cruz.”
And the good news is that PS4 and Xbox One gamers will be able to use the BT Sport app to catch all the action.
