The Epic Games Store’s Epic Mega Sale is back again this year with more free games, starting with NBA 2K21. The sale will continue until June 17, with Epic revealing new free games every week.
NBA 2K21 was released in September 2020, and the timing seems perfect for a giveaway, since the NBA playoffs are starting this week with a play-in tournament. Any Epic Games Store user can claim their free copy of NBA 2K21 just by adding the game to their library, from which they can install it now or later.

NBA 2K21 will remain the sale’s free game until May 27 at 11 a.m. EDT, when Epic’s “Vault” will reveal a new free title. The free game offers will continue to rotate every Thursday until the Mega Sale ends.
Along with the free games, Epic is also giving players a little something if they spend money on the store. Users get a coupon for $10 off any full game purchase of $14.99 and up. When customers use a $10 coupon, they’ll immediately get another. The coupons can be used on standard purchases, early access titles, and even pre-purchases. The coupon also applies to pre-purchases customers have already made. If a previously pre-purchased game comes out during the Mega Sale, the discount will be applied when the game launches.
