Swedish esports organization Team Alliance announced a partnership Monday with sports betting and gaming operator VBET to become its title sponsor. This is the first esports-related sponsorship for the bookmaker.
Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.
In addition to key logo placement on team jerseys, VBET and Alliance will also host charity poker tournaments with personalities from Alliance and surprise guests, co-produce content and other activations and activities.
In November, Alliance launched an $ALL Fan Token on fan voting and rewards app Socios.com in partnership with blockchain-based digital currency Chillz.
Alliance currently competes in Dota 2, Apex Legends, Super Smash Bros., Fortnite, and TrackMania.
