Fortnite: All Season 5 Bosses And Where To Find Them

Love ’em or hate ’em, bosses are great if you’re looking for an extra level of challenge. Here’s where you can find them.

Bosses are hostile AIs that you can find in Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode. These guys hang around a certain location and will attack you if they spot you nearby. It is wise to approach them carefully.

The benefits of defeating a boss are that they will usually drop rare or unique loot that can tremendously help you carry on the game and might even be the difference between winning or losing the match.

Even though there are NPCs that you can challenge, like Ragnarok, and other types of AI enemies, like for example, the Loot Shark, this season there are only 3 bosses. And, 3 may not sound like much but they are a force to be reckoned with and if not approached carefully they might even send you back to the battle bus before you know it. It is a high-risk, high-reward type of situation.

But, who knows, there might be new Bosses coming soon. Epic Games continues to update the game each week to try and keep it fresh for newer and older players. But for now, here are the 3 current Fortnite Bosses available in Battle Royale and where you can find them.

Ruckus

Ruckus shoots on sight so he should be approached with caution. Once defeated he will drop an Epic RPG and a Legendary Heavy Assault Rifles.

He can be found in a location named Hydro 16, which is next to the dam. The dam’s water flows into Slurpy Swamp, indicating that the location is just east of the shield-filled Swamp. More precisely, Ruckus can be found inside coordinate D7.

Unlike the other bosses, after being eliminated Ruckus turns into a ghost instead of just disappearing. Players can then interact with him.

Mandalorian

The Mandalorian can be found at Kit’s Cantina. This landmark is located next to the  Zero Point, inside coordinate D5.

Much like the other bosses, the Mandalorian is a hostile AI. He is also very strong and has 500 shield and 100 health, so if you’re planning on challenging him you should come prepared.

If the Mandolarian is successfully defeated he will then drop 2 Mythic items, The Mandalorian’s Jetpack and the Amban Sniper Rifle. His sniper rifle has a thermal scope and can be used as a melee weapon and his jetpack’s fuel lasts for about 10 seconds and then needs 6 seconds to recharge.

Predator

The Predator is a rather hard boss to fight because he’s extremely fast and very well hidden due to his ability to become invisible.

However, if you feel like you have it in you to fight the Predator, head over to Stealthy Stronghold.

It is preferable to go there once you’ve stocked up on shields and gotten ahold of some decent weapons before messing with this boss. He can easily damage those he comes across, especially if they don’t have any materials to protect themselves with.

Once defeated he will drop a Mythic item called Predator’s Cloaking Device. This item allows players to become nearly invisible for 30 seconds.
