Google is dropping the price of Stadia Premiere Edition. The bundle, which is tailored to users who want to play the cloud platform on a television, previously retailed for $129 USD, but it will now cost $100 USD going forward.
Following the price drop, the Stadia Premiere Edition will still come with a Chromecast Ultra and a Stadia Controller, which on its own normally retails for $69 USD. However, the bundle will no longer include a free three-month trial for Stadia Pro, but you can try one free month of the service by signing up on the official Stadia website.
In other Stadia news, The Elder Scrolls Online is now available on the platform, and it’s one of the titles Pro subscribers can download and play for free. Google has also announced it is offering Pro users $10 off of their next game purchase.
There are currently 18 games available in the Stadia Pro tier, with additional titles being introduced each month. The service costs $10 USD a month and give users unlimited access to these games for as long as they have an active subscription. Other recent additions to Stadia Pro include Superhot, Panzer Dragoon Remake, and Little Nightmares.
