Sometimes an alternate reality game (ARG) can be complex, interesting, and feature an amazing reward at the end of some challenging online detective work, but at other times it can turn out to be a boring promotion for Cyberpunk 2077.
It is a shame, really, that the fake-looking leak from April 16 of a limited-edition Xbox One X turned out to be so underwhelming. A group of people online began digging into a series of clues, with the initial message having a strong Cyberpunk feel that told users to check back on April 20. The ARG is so underwhelming due to the fact that the number of people who are excited to buy an Xbox One X a few months before the release of the next generation console, the Xbox Series X, must be astronomically low. Considering that the game was supposed to release yesterday before its delay, we all hoped for an ARG with a little more substance.
