Even though E3 is canceled, there are still massive game sales running that normally coincide with the annual gaming expo. PlayStation just kicked off its Days of Play sale, and now the Xbox Store is getting in on the fun with a huge sale on Xbox One games. More than 300 games are featured in the new digital game sale that runs through June 15, including Doom Eternal, Control, Resident Evil 3, and many more AAA hits.
The sale features plenty of standout games for great prices–first-party Xbox One titles included. Swashbuckling adventure game Sea of Thieves is 50% off at $20, while the great 2019 third-person shooter Gears 5 is down to $30. Racing fans can nab Forza Motorsport 7 for $30 and Forza Horizon 4 for $20. The wonderful platformer Ori and the Will of the Wisps is down to $24, which isn’t a huge discount, but it hasn’t been on sale since it launched in March. Its predecessor, Ori and the Blind Forest, is only $5, too.
For those looking for a challenge, several From Software games are discounted to excellent prices. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, GameSpot’s 2019 Game of the Year, is slashed to $39. Meanwhile, the Dark Souls franchise is on sale for cheap, with Dark Souls: Remastered down to $16 and Dark Souls 3 discounted to $15.
Plenty more popular 2019 games are featured in the sale. Stylish action game Devil May Cry 5 is $20, hectic loot shooter Borderlands 3 is $30, and the engaging Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is also $30.
There aren’t a ton of 2020 games in the latest Xbox Store sale, but you can grab Doom Eternal for $39, Resident Evil 3 for $40.19, and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot for $36.
We’ve rounded up the best deals below, and you can browse the full sale at the Xbox Store. PS4 owners should also make sure to peek at the Days of Play sale, which includes new low prices on Death Stranding, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Persona 5 Royal.
As an E3 replacement of sorts, we’re hosting Play For All, a summer streaming event filled with announcements, interviews, previews of upcoming games, and more that doubles as a fundraiser for Black Lives Matter and COVID-19 relief.
