Resident Evil Village’s “Take the flasks to the Altar,” “Find Heisenberg,” and “Escape the factory” objectives will take you through the Lone Road area to Heisenberg’s Factory and its Foundry, Engine Room, and generator room where you’ll find RE8’s V61 Custom and SYG-12 weapons, Giant’s Chalice, Relief Mold, Relief of a Horse, Cog Mold, and Large Cog key items.
In this Resident Evil 8 walkthrough, we’ll help you collect every item — like ammo, lei, rusted scrap, herbs, crystal fragments, and more — and find every key item with our maps and screenshots.

Take the flasks to the Altar
The Altar mentioned in your objective is the Altar right next to Duke. Head there, and interact with the Incomplete Chalice.
When all four flasks are placed, you’ll get the Giant’s Chalice and a new objective.

Follow the torches west along the Lone Road and back to the Ceremony Site.
Place the Giant’s Chalice in the Stone Dias.
You’ll see a new bridge raise … somewhere, and ride an elevator down.
Follow the hallway out and visit the typewriter on your right.
Heisenberg’s Factory
Cross the bridge and enter Heisenberg’s Factory (if there’s anything to collect along the way, we couldn’t find it).

Inside the garage, work around to the left (south) and grab the gunpowder from the shelves. Go through the door and down the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs, cross to the south wall for some chem fluid, and then cut to the left to trigger a cutscene.

When you regain control, run for your life. When you hit the dead end, look for a chute on your right. Jump in.

In the scrap pit, follow the only path out. Grab the rusted scrap, gunpowder, more rusted scrap, more rusted scrap, and metal scrap as you make your way to the ladder.
At the top, deal with the vampires, and follow the walkway around to a crate with lei.
Duck into the duct.

At the top of the ladder, take a left to find a crate with more lei. Cross the bridge to the north. Duck through the first door on your right.
Grab the rusted scrap to your left. The fourth Labyrinth Puzzle is here, but we don’t have the ball yet. In the attached room, grab the chem fluid from the shelf.
Back outside, cross the hall to find Duke.
He’s restocked now, and has a couple new guns for sale: the V61 Custom fully automatic machine pistol for 120,000 lei and the SYG-12 semi-automatic shotgun for 180,000 lei. If you’ve been following our guides, you should have the money for one of them.
B4 – Materials
From Duke’s room (which is actually an elevator), head north into the hallway. Follow it around to the room to the northwest. Turn right to grab some gunpowder.

Break the lock on the door and deal with the two vampires on the other side. Take the stairs up to B3. Follow the walkway around and down the stairs.
Foundry

Deal with the next two vampires, and smash the crates on either side of the door for more lei.
Head through the door the vampires came through.
Take a right and pick up the rusted scrap. Cross to the back of the room for some chem fluid by the X-rays.

Take a left and follow the hallway out. Deal with the vampires, and pick the easy-to-pick lock on the cabinet (refrigerator?) ahead of you. Grab the yellow quartz, and then look for some gunpowder on a barrel along the east wall.

Follow the walkway around to the door on the south wall. Just inside, take a left for some rusted scrap. Skirt around the science experiment and go into the back room.
Open the case for the Relief Mold.
When the monster in the chair springs to life, shoot it in its glowing heart. Pick up the Crystal Mechanical Heart, and head back to the Foundry room.

Place the Relief Mold in the Casting Machine. Pick up the Relief of a Horse.
Turn right, and place that in the Hole in Wall.
Take the stairs up, deal with the vampire, and open the easy-to-pick lock on the desk for some magnum ammo.
Drop off the ledges heading north.
Engine Room

When you land, turn around and smash the crate for some lei. Follow the walkway as it snakes across the Engine Room.
Shoot the glowing orange joints on the crank arms(?) to stop them. In the middle of the room, smash the crate for even more lei and check the corner nearby for some explosive rounds.

Climb the ladder at the end, and turn right for some rusted scrap.
Pull open the grate and duck through. Take a left to unlock the door back to the Foundry. Instead of stepping through, follow the hall west and down the stairs.
Generator room

Toss a pipe bomb at the wall marked with a yellow X. Inside, grab the shotgun ammo and open the case to find the Mechanical Part (Cylinder).
In the next room — where you’ll find the Generator Lever — cut to the east and smash the crate for more shotgun ammo. Take the stairs down.
Snake your way over to the northwest corner, open the cabinet for a mine, and grab the gunpowder. Go up the stairs in the middle of the northern wall.
Break the two orange dots to unlock the door. Step through.

Grab the gunpowder and Factory Map (Lower Levels) to the right. In the back of the room, read the Development Note 1 file and open the case for the Cog Mold.
In the Foundry, use the Cog Mold at the Casting Machine to make a Large Cog.

Take that back to the Generator Lever and place it. The grate in the northwest will open. Head there, and smash the crate for some lei.
In the hallway beyond, take a left and smash the crate at the end of the hall for some sniper rifle ammo. Deal with the wandering soldat, and look for a cabinet in the northern walkway for some gunpowder. There’s a crate in the northwest with shotgun ammo.
In the southwest corner, look for a storage room off the south wall. Step inside. Open the cabinet for some sniper rifle ammo and smash the crate for some lei. Look at the wall just west of the door. There’s a large crystal on a junction box there.
Back outside, look high above you on the southern wall for a yellow quartz.

On the second floor walkway, you’ll find another soldat. Check his Borg-style sleeping bay for some explosive rounds.
Open the five orange dots door in the southwest corner.
There’s a mine directly ahead of you when you step through. Take a left, and deal with the vampires. Look for a cabinet near the eastern wall with a mine.
In the southwest, step into the room with the fence. Take a shot at the sleeping soldat to wake him up. He’ll knock down the fence. Take him out, and then go pick up the lei and magnum ammo to the north.

Work around to the southwest, and take the stairs up. Use a couple mines to deal with the soldat that drops in front of you. Inside his shipping container, check the cabinet for some shotgun ammo.
Take a left, and smash the dots to unlock the door.
Step through, and push the button. Look above the door ahead of you for a sparkling yellow quartz on the pipe.
Step through the door. Grab the gunpowder on your right, check the drawers on your left for some shotgun ammo, and follow the hall to a crate with some handgun ammo.
Graphic: Jeffrey Parkin | Sources: Capcom via Polygon
Step through the door. Use the glowing coils on the wall to stun the large soldat (his weak point is on his back). Continue north.
Unlock the five-dot door. Take an immediate left and run for your life. When you pass throug h a door, grab the rusted scrap on your left, and the metal scrap and gunpowder on your right.
Continue forward, and take a left to call Duke’s elevator down to you.
While you’re waiting, turn around and face west. Use your sniper rifle to target one of the soldats on the line. When you land a hit, you’ll earn the Quit Hanging Around achievement or trophy.
Cash in your treasures, and save at the typewriter.
