New Xbox Game Pass Arrivals Include Destiny 2, Beyond Light, EA Play Library, And More

The Xbox Game Pass library is about to bulk up in a significant way with the EA Play library making its way downtown. With Destiny 2: Beyond Light also launching soon, members of Xbox’s subscription service will have a lot to look forward to over the next month. You know, in addition to an entirely new generation of gaming also on the way.

With new additions to console, PC, and Android devices, here is what Xbox Game Pass members can expect to get their hands on this month (so far):

The arrival of EA Play’s library coming to Xbox Game Pass is huge, and was something first revealed back in October. This includes titles like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Titanfall, and even Apex Legends.

“We want players to access the games and in-game benefits they want, in the easiest way possible,” said Autumn Brown Sr. Director, Content Strategy and Partnerships, Electronic Arts. “This partnership with Xbox makes an impressive library of great Xbox and EA content more readily accessible. Our goal is to give players more choice to get more of what they love, and this is a way to do that.“

Select EA Play games will also be joining the Cloud Gaming library for mobile as well. Novemeber 10 sees the EA Play library in its entirety arrive for console players with a PC arrival set for December 15.

The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is also getting a new perk as well with a 30-day free trial of Disney+. With The Mandalorian Season 2 out now, it’s the perfect time to try out this service to see if it’s worth a purchase annually. Relive old Disney favorites, watch the upcoming lineup of Star Wars and Marvel shows, and so much more!

For anyone that doesn’t have the Xbox Game Pass already, there are a few things worth noting. There are two options to choose from with the Xbox Game Pass and the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Both offer Xbox fans a chance to play over 100 titles at no additional cost, including day one launches of first party games. With the acquisition of Bethesda, this means even more appeal for the growing library, with major franchises getting first dibs.

Xbox Game Pass is $9.99 a month, whereas Xbox Game Pass Ultimate comes in at $14.99 and includes Xbox Live Gold. It’s a pretty good deal, especially for those that are picky with their games.
