The Epic Games Store’s Mega Sale has been going on since May 14, but not much time is left to take advantage of its deals, as the sale ends tomorrow, June 11. The annual Epic Mega Sale has offered four weeks of game deals and a free mystery game every Thursday.
Epic kicked off the Mega Sale in a big way last month by offering Grand Theft Auto 5 for free, followed by Civilization VI and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. The current freebie is Overcooked, and one more free game will be revealed tomorrow morning as the sale ends. Normally, we know what next week’s freebie will be, but during the sale, Epic has kept each week’s free game a mystery. We’re keeping track of every Epic free game (past and current), so check out our guide for more info.
Of course, the Mega Sale is bringing a slew of discounts on Epic’s biggest games, including Control for $30, Borderlands 3 for $30, and Red Dead Redemption 2 for $48. You can also snag Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for $39–buying from Epic also gets you a free Stormtrooper outfit in Fortnite–and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s Game of the Year Edition for $15.
In addition, Epic is bringing back its $10 coupon offer. Every Epic Games Store user can claim a $10 Epic Coupon right now, which can be used on eligible games or add-ons of $15 or more. The coupon is applied automatically at checkout. If you make a purchase or claim your first free game during the sale before claiming the coupon, you’ll automatically receive your first $10 coupon anyway. You can then use the $10 Epic coupon-on on another eligible game $15 or more, and you’ll get another $10 Epic coupon. These coupons expire November 1, so this is a pretty sweet deal.
The Epic Games Store Mega Sale is live now until June 11. Just like last year, Epic’s sale is happening ahead of Steam’s 2020 Summer Sale, which is rumored to begin June 25 and run until July 9.
