This Week In Rainbow Six Siege (April Week 4)

This week is sure to be busy in Rainbow Six Siege esports as the third annual Six Masters League begins on April 28 with the best players in the world squaring off at 0600 EDT. Teams will compete in a double round-robin league format over the next seven weeks, with each team playing two separate best-of-one map games. As COVID-19 continues to keep people apart, these games will likely be played online.

Now is a great time to jump into the action at an affordable price, as Ubisoft has revealed its newest sale and the game can be purchased for around $8 USD — which is about as cheap as it comes — and there is clearly quite a bit of time available for players to learn the ins and outs of this competitive, tactical shooter.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has also led to an uptick in players attempting to cheat the game. In their recent “Top Issues and Community Concerns”, the developers acknowledged that they are seeing more hacking, cheating, and lobby freezing than normal. Among other issues, Ubisoft is working diligently to ensure that players have the best experience possible and are working to ensure no cheating goes on in game.
